Despite the Covid restrictions we’ve had a busy start to the year.
“The Market” – Fit-Out of this 20,000 sq. ft. Food and Beverage offering on the 2nd floor at 22 Bishopsgate comprising a Restaurant, 2 Bars and several high-end food court stations served by 6 Kitchens has been successfully completed for Rhubarb/Axa Investments and is now open for business. After 7pm this amazing space is transformed into an evening drinking and dining experience that becomes open to the public and is one of our proudest deliveries to date.
“Blend” – a Ground Floor Café also at 22 Bishopsgate was handed over at the beginning of May and has been trading and welcoming customers.
Outline Scheme designs are now finalised for the Basement Kitchen Fit-Out and Catering Installations to Upper Bars at Nimax Theatres’ newly constructed Theatre at 4 Soho Place, Oxford Street, London. Over the coming months the Detailed Designs will be finalised and tender documentation prepared. The Fit-Out works are due to commence in early January 2022 with an anticipated Practical Completion in mid March.
We have very recently been appointed by Whitgift Estates to re-develop land at 2 of their sites in East Grinstead for Private Residential Units with Ground Floor Retail space. Both should start later this Summer with early 2022 completions targeted.
Now that Covid restrictions are slowly being eased and the hospitality industry is starting to show signs of a recovery, we are hoping to build on our success at 22 Bishopsgate and are looking out for new and exciting challenges and opportunities.
