Basil Street Apartments

This end of terrace block of 8 Serviced Apartments, built in the 1980’s and located immediately behind Harrods in Knightsbridge, is to undergo a complete refurbishment to bring it up to modern day standards and demands.  In addition to this refurbishment a rear extension is to be built to allow better space planning for the accommodation and larger areas to provide what is more expected in this affluent area of London.

CW Consulting have been appointed Project Manager and Cost Consultant for this project which has a target completion of early 2020.


Billesley Manor Hotel

CW Consulting have recently been appointed to manage and deliver partial refurbishment works of this beautiful Grade 1 listed premises in the rural countryside just outside Stratford-Upon-Avon.

The hotel is to remain open to the Public at all times and works are to start in January 2019 and are to be planned meticulously to undertake as much refurbishment of Guest Rooms and Public Spaces as possible within a 3 month window.  Those works not possible within that period will be planned to start in early 2020.


South London Residential Project

CW Consulting have been commissioned to obtain Planning Consent for a mixed Apartment/Townhouse development on an old coachworks site in South Norwood for a private Client. Initial designs have now been approved and the full application is being targeted for September 2018.
