New Commissions

GKN Aerospace, Luton Airport

Having undertaken a recent Feasibility Study, CW Consulting have now been commissioned by Luton Borough Council, on behalf of their long-standing Tenant GKN Aerospace Services, to undertake a Stage C Concept Design Report to determine the new location, design and workspaces required for GKN’s 787’s manufacturing facility which is required to be re-located elsewhere on their existing campus.  This is as a result of Luton Council’s major road network masterplan around its Airport and the new facility is required to be completed in early 2020.

The Landmark Hotel

CW Consulting have been commissioned to undertake the Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Architectural Design and Contract Administration Services to deliver a major refurbishment of the Landmark Hotel’s Kitchen which serves the Winter Garden Restaurant as well as the Grand Ballroom.  The Feasibility Report has now been approved by the Client and Stage D Detailed Designs are to shortly commence with the works to commence in July 2018 with completion scheduled for late September 2018.

Manhattan Loft Gardens, Level 7 Restaurant, Stratford

CW Consulting have been commissioned to provide a Feasibility Cost Study for the fit-out of a fine-dining unique restaurant with external terraces on Level 7 of Manhattan Loft Gardens’ Hotel and Residential development in Stratford, East London.  This exciting and architecturally stunning double-cantilevered tower will include a hotel, gym, residential living spaces, cafes, bars, and roof gardens together with this restaurant that will provide 145 covers spread across indoor bar/dining areas and external terraces with uninterrupted views of the Olympic Park.
