What a year 2020 has been!

Despite the COVID-19 lockdowns and restrictions the second phase of refurbishment works to 36 Guest Rooms and public spaces were completed at the Billesley Manor Hotel in Stratford-upon-Avon, with the hotel re-opening to guests in September 2020.  Further refurbishment works are planned to commence in early 2021.

Using our experience gained during the Fit-Out of the food offering/Culture Space at “Market 22”, 22 Bishopsgate, we have been engaged by Rhubarb to manage the Fit-Out of the Ground Floor Café to include the installation of catering equipment, building services, furniture and fittings, to be managed by the Operator, The Gentlemen Baristas.  This Fit-Out will commence in early January 2021 and will run in line with the opening of Market 22 due to be delivered in early May 2021.  We are also in discussions with Axa/Rhubarb regarding the food and beverage plans for Level 58.

We have seen early green shoots of recovery post-Covid with the commencement of works on site at The Brickmakers Pub in Windlesham, Surrey and the prospect of a Fit-Out of a 100-seater Restaurant in Bury St. Edmund’s for the Middleton’s Steakhouse & Grill chain in 2021.

Plenty of reasons for optimism in 2021!
