CW Consulting have just been commissioned on 2 new exciting Roka Restaurants in Central London for the Client behind the recent Oblix Restaurant at The Shard which was handed over by CW Consulting in late April and opened to the Public shortly after.

An exciting new French Restaurant, Boulestin, named after the 1st Celebrity Chef to hit the UK in the 40′s, has just started on site and is scheduled to open to the Public in September this year. CW Consulting are providing Cost Consultancy Services.

Finally, we are pleased to announce that James Denny has joined the company as Senior Project Manager.

CW Consulting have recently been appointed to Project Manage a new Headquarters building for a Medical Company operating in the West Sussex area. Current sites are being viewed with local Developers to determine that our Client’s brief can be delivered and our role will be to monitor this shell and core development with a Fit-Out programme to follow. A complete project and churn management role is to be provided.

Other recent commissions involve feasibility studies for the refurbishment of a leading independent Hearing Healthcare Company in Central London together with a Residential refurbishment and extension project for a private Client in the beautiful seaside town of Rye.

…and of course CW Consulting continue to provide detailed advice to GCE Data Centres for their new developments proposed in Perivale, West London & Bracknell, Berkshire with additional power now secured in both areas to serve end users increasing demands
